Over his 30-year career, “Kelly G” has played a key role in discovering, developing, and producing content for some of the biggest iconic names in music and urban culture including Kanye West, John Legend, Sean “P-Diddy” Combs, Beyoncé, Jay Z, Kendrick Lamar, and Drake. He spent 16 years at Viacom’s Black Entertainment Television (BET) in music programming where he helped launch iconic music franchises like The BET Awards, 106 & Park, BET Hip Hop Awards, BET Music Matters, and the BET Experience. As Senior Director Of Music, he built on-air platforms that gave artists such as Alicia Keys, Chris Brown, J. Cole, Lil Wayne, and Ciara their first national exposure.

Prior to 300 Studios, Sean “P-Diddy” Combs tapped Kelly to be Head Of Music Programming and Celebrity Talent for REVOLT TV where he led the music and talent strategy for the network.  Working with brand partners like Wal-Mart, 20th Century Fox, Pepsi, Subway, Toyota and Apple Music, Kelly G has executive produced various celebrity and music-focused docs and specials including highly engaging content around social justice (REVOLT’s Operation Stay Home Alive).

Nolan Baynes

Senior Music Executive who served as the head of marketing for Music Choice, a streaming/TV music network, with a reach of over 70MM homes in the US. During his time at Music Choice, Nolan led all marketing efforts with major record labels, corporate brands, talent agencies, media, and cable companies. Baynes worked extensively with media partners including Xfinity/Comcast, Cox, and AT&T. Baynes also created branding and partnership campaigns for artists such as Chris Brown, 5th Harmony, A$AP Rocky, Taylor Swift, Luke Bryant, etc.

Prior to Music Choice, Nolan created and oversaw marketing programs for MTV Networks working with iconic artists like Beyoncé, Usher, Kayne West, and Cold Play. He also oversaw music marketing for the network’s marquee events; Video Music Awards, $2 Bill Concert Series, Campus Invasion, etc.
